Private parking. Perfect location on Oravska priehrada. Close to the city. Helpful and accommodating management. Refunded our money due to festival. Provided recommendations for alternative stay. Good breakfast selection. Beautiful view from the room

Loved our romantic escape here! Likes were the yummy breakfast with menu selection and the gorgeous views from our room. Best aspects were the private parking and perfect location right on the lake's edge. We enjoyed walking around the town square, which was only a short five-minute stroll away.
Dislikes were the noisy promenade during summer evenings, as it was a popular spot for young locals to gather at. , the lack of information provided at check-in was a bit frustrating, and the room service wasn't up to par - no cleaning or toiletry refills for five days.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake right outside our window. We enjoyed delicious meals at the amazing restaurant and took advantage of the hotel's proximity to the city center, just a short walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable, with all necessary facilities provided. the breakfast was outstanding with a variety of dishes to choose from.
We encountered some difficulties during check-in and receiving information about the hotel's amenities.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is situated right on the beautiful lake and has stunning views. The location is perfect as it is a short 5 minute walk to the city. We also loved the fact that the hotel has private parking which was very convenient for us. Moreover, the breakfast was great and we had a selection to choose from the menu. Lastly, the staff were phenomenal - very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Couldn't fault this hotel at all.
